UWET is invited to TOC!

UWET will be heading to Ohio to compete in the Tournament of Champions September 23rd - 25th!  TOC is a series of three shows that are more competitive than Nationals.  Since it is an invite only series, only the top schools in the nation are asked to compete.  These shows are separate from our regional shows, so points don't count, but it will be a lot of fun!  The following riders will be representing our team:

Hayley Selch

Molly Reich

Michelle Piccione

Kirby Warner

Devan Oschmann

Amy Reynolds

First Horse Show of the Season

We will be hosting our first show of the season on October 1st and 2nd.  We will be having work days the week before.

Champions!

It's official! The UW Equestrian Team are the very first Zone 7 Region 4 Champions! The last season horse show in Illinois allowed many riders to point out and solidified UWET's position at Zone Finals on April 10th. We aren't resting on our laurels though... We are training hard for Regionals and Zones and look forward to meeting our new competitors from down south!

Last Season Horse Show

UWET is off to Illinois this weekend for the last regular show of the season! The show is being hosted by Augustana College and Northwestern University and is being held at Foxcreek Farm in Wauconda. Wish us luck!

The Badgers are Undefeated!!

The first three horse shows of the season are now ended, and the UW Equestrian Team has set the bar in Zone 7, Region 4. After dominating both days of the home show at Hoofer Equestrian Center, the Badgers continued to bring in the tricolors at Augustana College, Northwestern University, and both days of the Notre Dame/St. Mary's College horse shows, resulting in a perfect record of 6-0 and a 60 point lead on the region--the largest point lead held by any school in the country.

First Home Horse Show

The first horse show of the season is coming soon! It will be held on October 2nd and 3rd at the Hoofer Equestrian Center in Belleville, WI. There will be a used tack sale, a silent auction, 50/50 raffle, and of course, great riding from schools in our region. Thank you to Kathleen Super and Kristin Rames, who have given their time and expertise as judges. Warm ups will start at 7:30 AM and the draw will start at 8. Once all riders are assigned horses and the coaches' meetings are over, the horse show will begin at 9 am. Come and support UWET! Go Badgers!
